What is the return policy?

McLaughlin Western Store is committed to making sure that you are satisfied with your order!  You can exchange or return any merchandise, within 60 days of your purchase, as long as it has not been worn, product has original tags, a copy of your receipt is enclosed, and there is a brief note explaining the situation. If no receipt, return will be processed with lowest price. Reimbursement will be made by the original method of payment. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.  Your package should be insured and freight prepaid.

Sale products are ‘As-Is’  and there are no returns on sale items. We are sorry if this causes an inconvenience but encourage clients to check measurements are correct before ordering.  Clients who custom order items, the custom order items are not returnable.

What if I do not see the product/size that I need??

Please give us a call! We might be able to locate the product for you-or assist you in a custom order that will fit your needs. We carry products from over 200 companies, if you do not see what you need, we can get it for you!
